My Life....

Waiting

Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord.
PSALM 31:24

God waits for you. You are the precious fruit of the earth, and like a farmer waits for harvest. God is waiting for you. Imagine what it must be like for Him to wait for you to grow, building trust and confidence in Him. He offers you spiritual food and water, believing you will take rood and become strong and confident in His Word and in your relationship with Him. And to him, you're well worth the wait.

If we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

ROMANS 8:25

Waiting eventually produces blessing after a time of transition. Consider a woman in labor awaiting the birth of her baby. She's not sitting still-she's experiencing active labor. She's working hard through transition. How exciting to know that what you've asked God for is on it's way. As God works behind the scenes to bring about everything you're waiting for, your faith is at work preparing for the arrival of His blessing.

This boy means the world to me. He's everything that I've been asking for. Thank you GOD for the greatest gift. I am blessed...

"Give thaks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.

Chronicles 16:34

What a wonderful, giving God we serve. He stands with an extended hand, ready to give you the desires of your heart. Take a moment to offer thanks to Him for the greatest gifts, the awesome joys you've experienced, and even the small things that you realize He engineered to bless you in an unexpected way. Share with Him just how much He means to you. Express to Him your thankfulness. He is worthy of your thanks.

The man of my dreams....

Michael Lawrence Ramirez. I love this man! I'm blessed to have this man in my life. He had me at HELLO! Without him, I wouldn't have to the great things in my life right now. A beautiful son; which I stay home to take care of, a nice comfy home, a car. I pretty much have it made right now. He's a great listener and he's my best friend! I met Michael at work, Baptist Medical Center. I one day told my preceptor he's going to be my husband. Sure enough 1 year later on September 25, 2009 we were Mr. & Mrs.! After we got married, he attend school to become an RN. He accomplished that dream and he is now and RN for Southwest General in the Cardiac Lab Department. He's an awesome nurse! He once took care of me after a procedure that I've had before, and he was great! He was patience, loving and just comforting.
Going on 11 years married to Mike has been a blessing. Yes, we've had our ups and downs; but our love has never faded. We love each other so much. He's put up with me for so long and I don't know how he does it. He tells me everyday that he loves me and he knowledge me the things I do around the house and thanks me for taking care of our son and home. I don't think I can find anyone else as nice as him. I pray everynite to GOD to give me stength and patience with my family. I'm grateful for all the things that I have in my life and the people that are in it. My family, his family and our many friends. I love you, Michael. No matter what we've been thru, your always my love and my friend. I will always love you forever! XXXOOOXXXOOO

The newest addition to the family

Welcome Isaiah Riley Orta! This is my first new nephew...we are so excited that he's here. Gavin will have someone to play with; although he has other second cousins, but Isaiah and Gavin will be able to grow up together and have sleep overs and eating oreo cookies with my brother Joe. Can't wait for that to happen. It's gonna be fun!
